Intimate apparel In the past few years, the use of polyurethane foam in the manufacturing of bras and more in particular bra cups (cut & sew and moulded cups) has increased dramatically thanks to the excellent shaping, comfort and support properties of polyurethane foam. Today, the light stable brand Bulfast® is well known and highly valued. In 2007, Recticel launched its new registered trademark Body Foams®. All polyurethane foams which are developed specifically for use on the human body (bodywear) fall under this trademark. For the intimate apparel market, these are Bulfast®, Bodicel® and Optical white foams. |
